1. Room- spacious, clean, wonderful. I was given a room with the view of the lake
2. Breakfast- many to choose from
3. T & B- clean & big
4. Water & wine- my room was replenished with these even when I requested the staff not to make up my room

7. The lobby even the toilet has complete amenities.

I recommend this hotel
1. Rooms not sound-proof. I could hear noises from other people in their rooms.
2. Bath- the floor is slippery. There should be bath mat on the bathroom floor to avoid slipping.
3. Location- this is a minor 'negative aspect' since the hotel is about 1.5km away from the main station. It's good for walking. The thing is, it's located in an industrial area so expect that establishments are already closed by 17:00 or 18:00. I didn't feel safe walking in the dark so I had to take the tram.
4. Coffee during breakfast from the coffeemaker is not hot. It's just warm. They might consider adjusting the 'hotness' of the machine.
5. One of the cleaning staff (lady in her 20s) made a face when I politely requested her to move her cart because it's blocking the door with toilet trash right infront of where I supposed to pass. I couldn't get out. I didn't expect her to behave like that since I said it nicely. I could have given the hotel a 9-point rating if not for that rude staff.

every stay is with breakfast and it was pretty descent! The hotel interior doesnt feel like a 4 star hotel but its a very standard and good value stay with clean sheets and comfortable room.
The interior of the hotel feels quite old and outdated.

This is an ideal hotel for business people and people staging through. The breakfast is included and superb!!! The walk through the park to the old town is relaxing. The price is exceptional value for money particularly when you consider the breakfast is included. Free coffee and tea in the foyer.
