Early check in at no extra cost. Nice room. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice staff!
Location is not very central to go on foot (around 28min) but if you take a tram which the stop is next to the hotel you will be in the centre in 2 stops (less than 10min).

Breakfast was perfect, staff also. Easy aces to garage. Room is ok, wifi as well. Little strange shower and sink setup but nothing you can't get used to

My stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. What stood out the most was the staff, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. From check-in, I felt like a welcomed guest – the employees were always ready to assist, provided information about nearby attractions, and happily answered any questions. Every request was met with a smile, and their attention to detail made the stay exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values top-level professional service. The breakfast was delicious.

Excellent location near train station for those with a car who want to park and then take public transport to the city center and tourist sites.
Hotel is undergoing renovations so there was some noise from that during day.

Breakfast was wonderful. Small bottle wine and bottle mineral water everyday were very nice. Room was super clean. Hotel staff were very friendly. Location is just perfect for business traveler, easy access to Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof （Main Railway Station) and Messezentrum (Exhibition Center) .
Would like to come back again for the next ECS (European Coatings Show) 2027.
One Receptionist HY needs improvement and learn how to meet customer's satisfaction.

I chose this hotel as it was close to my meeting location. Room was fine, shower excellent and breakfast was good.
Hotel is outdated and bland. Small 'restaurant/bar" in the evening but cannot put food and drinks on my room. Beds were not comfortable and towels were past their expiration date.
