Rooms were good, staff was lovely and breakfast was okay. Location is great and we loved the fact that the hotel has a swimming pool and saunas.
The lift system is really difficult to use. Beds were full of polyester and hence not super nice to sleep in. Swimming pool was small and very crowded and no one stopped kids from jumping into the pool on top of people. Some supervision might be nice to make the experience pleasant for all.

The hotel is well situated, the staff was helpful and the room was comfortable. We enjoyed thebpool and the sauna.

Great location, big comfortable quiet room, nice spa with warm swimming pool. Towels and robes are free (you should take robes on the reception.) A lot of parking places.
Unfortunately it was bad WIFI in the room and the main disadvantage- there was a bad SMOKING smell in the room when we arrived. The next day it was only in the bathroom and it was during all our stay:(

Disappointing
In the middle of my stay, my access key card stopped working. When I went to the reception, they were already expecting this because they had changed their system, but they had not informed me. They could have spared me going up to the room and back, as I would have gone directly for a new keycard if I would have known.
Then, I asked for an invoice when I checked out and I was asked to leave my email address on a paper and they would latter send it. The following week, I sent several messages and emails but did not receive any reply. I had to call and provide details to three persons before I could get them to send me the invoice by email. Definitely not the service one would expect for a hotel like this one.

The facilities were great, the pool and spa areas are so much better than other hotels we've been to. Location was great, easy to get into the old town and use of the train station. The selection of food at breakfast was great too!
Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at check in so we had to wait for a while - not ideal after travelling so far!
We also didn't have bathrobes in the room as it said so we just had to use towels to and from the pool.
The staff at breakfast were rather rude, and it wasn't easy to access the hot food (especially if you're tall) - it was unclear whether it was self service or if the staff were meant to serve. Dampened the experience of what would have been a great breakfast!
Someone also entered our room in the morning - a cleaner I think - whilst we were still sleeping. It had barley gone 8am!
