Wonderful
We liked the hotel overall, the staff member, that met us was very friendly and professional. The Ginger shots in the morning was the excellent morning start plus very good breakfast. the hotel is quiet.
small fridge in the room, ironing services to the room and the bathroom improvement regarding the better ventilation and sound isolation.

Rom was nice, compact and small. Only wish there was a better chair to sit in to do work.

The hotel is simply excellent! I have stayed there numerous times and all the "hard" facts are (room, breakfast, wifi, bathroom, cleanliness) wonderful. What really makes the difference thought is the staff. Always super-friendly, helpful and hospitable. Many 5 star hotels should look at their behavior and customer-focus as a best case example.

I chose this hotel as it was close to the exhibition centre. A 5 minute walk from the hotel so the location was great.
Lots of choice for breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff
There wasn't much in the room and no coffee machine or mini fridge. Small room but fit for purpose

- breakfast was very good, which starts at 6:00

We chose this hotel for the proximity to Messe, as we were attending a fair. It is located about 10 minutes away from the U-Bahn, which is also convenient.
The hotel is small, the rooms are small, but they are spot clean.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The only downside was that we received our rooms on the ground floor, which was looking in the parking lot and can get a bit noisy from the reception and lounge area.
The pricing is a bit high when fairs happen at Messe.
