Location, interior, cleanliness. The room was big enough, really nice bathroom.
The hotel is right next to the train station, and there is underground to the airport (20 min journey). The hotel is also just around around the corner from the old town.
We really liked this hotel.
Not really an issue, but it would be nice if the bar was in a separate room, nit juts next to the reception and entrance.
The only negative opinion is that the room we had was facing busy street so we could hear the street noise at night, but it was manageable. On Saturday, there must be a nightclub around because we could hear music to early hours on Sunday morning. Probably, it's not an issue in rooms on higher floors.

Amazing location with great facilities. Hotel rooms are stylish and beds were comfortable.
Reception staff Cem and Tara were amazingly helpful. Check in was fast and streamlined. Our best hotel experience in our entire European holiday. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, comfortable, large room, housekeeping staff good with requests despite language differences, very clean., Most reception staff friendly. Excellent soundproofing, walls and windows. Excellent location to main train, tram, regional bus station, old town and small supermarket (but busy and inside train station).
Some reception staff a bit 'cold'.
