Decent design concept
HVAC system was terrible, the drainage from shower was terrible and flooded the bathroom when used , no safety procedures in place of windows opened, mattress were very very hard, refrigerator was lacking in cooling system, the tv was not functional for guests that are not German and couldn’t change language or close captioning, breakfast was $25 a person.

We loved our stay at the Sheraton Carlton Nuremberg!
The hotel was perfectly located to explore the beautiful city of Nuremberg! The facilities were fabulous and the staff, especially at the breakfast room, anticipated
our every need to ensure our satisfaction!
Can’t imagine anything we would change! We would definitely stay at the Carlton next time we come to Nurenberg! Highly recommend this property!

The room was clean and comfortable.
I went to use the 90 degree sauna and steam room at about 10 AM and neither was anywhere near optimum temperature. The sauna was about 55 degrees and the steam room was lukewarm and had almost no steam.

Very Poor
The customer service is really bad, i tried to contact them through booking also i contact booking as well for the same issue no one help em, I had emergency which forced me to leave early, so i just stayed one day and based on my cancellation terms and conditions i should be charged € 1,169 not € 1,299, but unfortunately they charged me the full amount, and when message the your hotel through booking i got ignored.

Very fancy place with all possible luxuries and amenities, including sauna-spa-fitness area and very polite restaurant staff.
Room style is slightly outdated, might not be the newest place, but it was fine.
