Pleasant
Excellent location. A bit of a trudge from the rail station but easy to locate and I could have taken a Ubahn half way. Right on the main square and there is a taxi rank alongside it. Easy walk to multiple U stations and to a lot of major attractions such as the Palace, various museums, churches etc. Plenty of life around and loads of restaurants and cafes. Given the location it could have been noisy but it was not.
My initial interactions with the reception staff were not exactly warm or helpful. But the rest of the interactions were good. Room was very small - I could not open my bag anywhere other than on the bed. No coffee machine in the room etc. But you get the location in a major city so not really something to complain about.

Wonderful
Our room, #104 was quite nice and had a view out to the main street so there was always something to watch. The location is excellent, right around the corner from the big market area where the Christmas Market takes place. All the sights were within walking distance. The breakfast was good. There are lots of good restaurants close by.
Are room had lots of dust bunnies.
