Good
Location is very good, central street while very quite in the night. Restaurant on a ground floor was not that noisy too. You can find a lot of good restaurants and cafes nearby, ice cream and etc. Sea is in just 500m with very nice view.. in the apartment you will find everything you need for comfortable stay (we only missed iron and vacuum cleaner - this one due to sand you are bringing to the room in any case .), as we like Scandinavian design - this was the case.
Check-in was a mess, after we up-dated our arrival time I received email notification via Booking that we will do our best without details - we spent 2 hours waiting and calling both tel numbers provided, including one which was named as SOS - no luck. Next day lady at reception was kind of surprised that we werent able to reach anybody. Screenshot from my mobile with dozens of unsuccessful calls made no impression. Till now no any sorry or we apologise . Please not - if you are not German speaking - youll have a challenge.. including this apartment reception

It is just next to the beach. We got perfect family Apartment, a lot of space, very comfortable beds, kitchen equiped in everything we need. We had great time riding bikes.

It is a great location and a big, comfortable apartment. Since we arrived late, we were informed how to get to our room, and it was easy.
We had no hot water in the room. We have tried to get a shower after our arrival and in the morning and the water was cold. We have informed the office about it but the only reaction was that they are sorry.
On the top of that we had to pay for a spa card that entitled us to use the local busses and some local facilities. The purchase was obligatory even though we have not used any of the enlisted things.

Nice location along the main road to the beach area. Good parking provided (reserved spot per appartment). Appartment has all needed ammenities including a big fridge. Space is sufficient, nice touch is the separate "reading room" instead of an open balcony. Heating is great and reacts fast in winter (our travel time). Restaurants are nearby and aplenty, altough some are closed due to low season.
Beds - well, they are too soft for my liking and caused some backpain. Light in the living room was too flimsy to provided sufficient light - we helped us by placing one night-stand light on the dining table to have proper light. We missed a microwave, altough there is a good full-blown oven available.

I liked everything about the apartment: the size, the comfortable bed, the separate toilet, the view to the street, etc. The building is excellently located in the middle of the lively street. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was the highlight of the day with everything you could ask for.
