1) Room - when I checked your website it did mention private bathroom, when I reserved the room at a good price I did not realize that the mention of "private bathroom" was missing after I booked the room, I realized when I got to the hotel there was no private bathroom. The booking.com website was very misleading and it was very disappointed. 2) Parking - There is no private parking as mentioned on the Booking.com website, the hotel manager told me just to park in the street. 3) Breakfast - That was the lightest breakfast I ever had using Booking.com, mostly bread and some cheese, no fruits , no croissants. 4) Management - We had a terrible feeling with our encounter with the manager, he was not friendly, very terse and unhelpful. Terribly disappointing, it seems the man was unhappy in his job.

Cleanliness, family hotel, it is an authentic german place and good condition of interieur. Great German Breakfast was served by the owner.
In this hotel You feel like 30 years back in time. It didn bother us. In fact we felt is charming too. Watch out, this hotel is not located in Rudesheim am Rhein, but in a neighboring town which was also nice

Nice location next to the Rhine, quiet and short walk to the village centre.
Could do with an upgrade. Friends had to share bathrooms. Limited breakfast.

Our en-suite room was very nice. Breakfast was more than ample with good alternatives
Only problem we had wS our room was on the 3rd floor, and without a lift made it difficult for a person with mobility problems.

The location is fantastic, right by river Rhine. Lovely outdoor terrace. Fabulous views of local castles and vineyards. Breakfast was good, though I would have liked more fruit and less meat.
The floor boards in the bedroom were extremely creaky and I was concerned about disturbing other guests when moving around. Trains pass by very close to rear of hotel all through the night which makes sleeping difficult. Small hotel and closed very early at night so could not get a drink or coffee/tea after 9pm

excellent location. Dog could stay with us. Accommodation comfortable and excellent breakfast. Friendly and obliging host.
