We stay there twice and we really like it to be there. We recommend to all and definitely we would like to stay there for night again.

most of the beds were not made, I was given bedlinen to put on myself the night clerk was unfriendly and you have to pay extra for every single thing

Good location and pretty vaule for money.
The two problems that bother me most every time I stay at this hostel are: First, the total price booked on booking.com shows that it includes city tax, but when I check in on site, I am always asked by the front desk to pay an additional 2.25 euros for city tax. I don't understand what is going on? Why is this happening? How to improve hostel? Secondly, I stayed for one night in mid-May, and something happened in the middle of the night that frightened me. My brother in the upper bunk came back in the middle of the night and woke me up. Just listening to the earphones playing the hottest disco songs, and the jingle bells ringing, it felt like having a high while drinking and smoking, and couldn't stop at all What was even more shocking was that I opened my eyes and found that his bed was Dripping wine into my lower bunk, it smells like beer. This guy was probably unconscious at the time I finally waited for him to fall asleep and calm down for a while. When I was lucky to be able to fall asleep again, who knew that not long after, something that shocked me happened again: he actually jumped out of the bed, and rushed out of the dormitory door, shouting like a nightmare. I really thought I was in a mental hospital! This experience was truly horrific and has already cast a shadow on my heart. I pray that there won't be a next time, and I hope the hotel can take care of this extremely perverted behavior that interferes with and infringes on the normal rest of other customers.

Nice staff, room was clean, good facilities ans comfortable bed. There is a bus (every 30 minutes) to the city centre, which takes ten minutes.
Drinks at the bar a bit overprized, even compared to the city centre. Smell in the toom was not good (a few man together on a small room). Maybe tjere could be a better solution for the windows or ventilation.

The type of adjustment knob in the shower - for smooth adjustment of the temperature of the water. Feeling of calm in the room
You should put up a sign on the hallways- asking to shut your door calmly - as it makes a lot of noise when people close the doors, due to resonance in the acoustics.

Nothing bad and nothing exceptionally good. Unlike A&O Hamburg Reeperbahn, this hostel had lockers under the bed and powere sockets and a light in each bed. The location is a bit out of town but the bus service is reasonably frequent.
The plastic mattresses used in dorm beds for this chain just are not comfortable.
