Hotel staff are friendly. The location is excellent, as it is located near to train station.
Varieties and range for the provided breakfast are pretty limited. Numbers of table are less than the guests. We had to wait for more than 15 minutes to get a table.

The location was perfect for visiting Wernigerode and parking was in the internal courtyard for an extra charge
We originally booked a double room and asked for a quiet room as we were staying with our dog, however, on arrival we were given an apartment maybe because it was on the ground floor and off the courtyard? however, the apartment was not set up to use as an apartment the sofa was formally used as a sofa bed so the cushions were just piled up on a unit & minimal kitchen appliances but as we did not intend to use it as an apartment it did not concern us but it may bother other guests who book an apartment also in this particular room the wifi was not good and this was mentioned on checking out & we were informed that they are looking at a new router however we could access the wifi in the breakfast room
