The apartment was spacious, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and in good condition. The location was ideal for walking in the main downtown pedestrian area. The hosts were kind and very helpful.
The bathroom door was a bit finicky so we usually didnt close it all the way, but otherwise everything was perfect!

Very friendly and helpful host! Good location, very near to Schloss Wernigerode and not too far from the city center. Fully equipped kitchen & large bedrooms which are great for family with children.

The flat we stayed at with 5 friends was in a charming traditional house in the old town of Wernigerode. The facilities were great and the owner welcomed us warmly. I definitely recommend staying here!
I was not aware that two beds are in the upper floor above the kitchen but that they dont have a door that can be closed. It wasnt a problem for us but I think that if some people are loud in the kitchen while others already want to sleep it can be a bit annoying.

The house was magnificent, warm and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and showed us all the details on arrival. Parking was a minute's walk away nearby in a public parking lot (impossible to park in Wernigerode's narrow streets).
Maybe the check in could have gone a bit smoother: we were given an address where an elderly monoglot gentleman took our money and instructed us in his native language that we did not understand, and also forgot to give us the key or any receipt. However the owner called while we where there and came to meet us at the apartment and all went fine from thereon.
