The hotel is very good with a lot of ambience,. The room was excellent
Housekeeping - room cleaning was not efficient. Toiletries were insufficient. There was no telephone in the room, so no contact with the reception if you needed anything

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really amazing and delicious. It took around 15 mins to walk to center and needed to climb a little bit on the way back. However, it is the reason, we can quietly and comfortably relax and enjoy our stay.

More luxurious than expected. Large rooms with good bathroom. Great breakfast in dining room. Outside garden to relax and have evening drink. A short walk to town centre.

Nice location and staff.
There is a big construction site next to the hotel. They start heavy machinery at 7:00.

The staff were lovely, the gardens were a peaceful retreat, and the building was beautiful.
The clean bedsheet had a red nail varnish stain on it. The shower drain didnt flow properly and the shower would fill up with dirty water.
