A gorgeous apartment that's off the beaten track. Gorgeous views of Wernigerode - both the town and castle. Highly recommend staying here if you don't mind the 20 minute walk into the town centre!

Very bright and cosy appartement with a wide terrace and its top view over the city. The hotel is a bit away from the historical city but still 15 minutes away by walk.
Shower cabinet a bit small but still OK. The washing sink is instead too small and quite uncomfortable. The bathroom is not so small but because of its shape no chance to get a bigger shower and basin sink. As a recommendation to the owner the curtains in the room could be changed to something bigger and darkening for a better sleeping.

The view from the apartment. large, spacious and clean. well furnished with smart TVs and kitchen appliances. Free parking space outside the property. Prearrival info from the property about where to park and how to arrive at the property helped a great deal.

Very nice apartments on the edge of town. We had #1 with 1 bedroom and a balcony. We enjoyed the stay and had no problems at all. The last 200m are up hill, but that is what gives the great view. Easy access to shorter and longer hiking routes and easy to go to the restaurants in town(10-15 min walk). You can order bread for your breakfast and there is a self serve fridge with various drinks at very reasonable prices.
We stayed a week, so it would have been nice if they had asked if they should clean the apartment once during our stay. We did get a change of towels on our doorstep though. The walk uphill to the apartment is not comfortable many times a day.
