This hotel is not adjacent to Skikarusel Winterberg ski area. You either need to drive to P5 or take the ski bus. The hotel does have a ski storage area, but it isn't very elaborate and not used very often. You're also dependent on the receptionist to open it for you.

I didnt like the breakfast anymore and when mentioning this to the reseption the way our complaint was treated

The spa is really nothing. Its really really disappointing! The water in the pool is super cold!
I asked, and they told me its always cold. So if you coming to winterberg just search for other hotel. Believe me. The wellness centrum is just gardbage. Dont understand the comments that the spa is great....
