Unfortunately, we have to post a negative feedback. Excuse our harsh words, but we feel really tricked. As we have been traveling around the world, we have never in our lives met with extra charges for bedding set as it should be included in the main payment. We are also deeply dissapointed by an extra charge taken for the cleaning service. Sadly, we cannot prove it with pictures, but we had cleaned after our stay. We would like to warn future guests about these charges.

When the warm watter came back... The location is not bad for skiing.
No hot watter during the night or early morning. Heating was also off during the night. It was very very cold. Bed clothes very old and broken. This doesn't really correspond with their price. We were acussed of having a party, even we were only talking. Wall are madeof paper...
