Privately run by a Dutch family, the Hotel Haus Herrloh lies directly at the St Georg Schanze ski-jump and at the starting point of many of the resort's ski slopes. The lady in the restaurant when we had dinner is a little rude. We are asian and we dont much like european foods like cheese, beef, etc. we ordered only kids meal like sushi, fries and tomato soup, then the lady asked (in a slightly loud voice with a lot of people in the restaurant as well having dinner) "Is that all? You will not order the diner?". When the food was served, she didnt even gave us fork, spoon and tissue. While all smiley to the other customers, to us it's rudeness all along. The lady in the restaurant in the morning was very nice but the lady in the dinner time is rude and judgemental. I dont want to ruin our vacation for my son's birthday celebration hence I did not confronted her.

We booked this hotel due to proximity to the slopes, unfortunately we did not stay at the hotel, on arrival we where moved to an appartment away from the hotel in a less desirable location.
Not staying in the hotel could have been communicated prior to arrival. Breakfast choice was limited.

The hotel placed us into an apartment, the electricity and the heating stopped working, on three occasions, I got very sick with a fever, the private owner of the apartment should not be in tourism , regards Dr r regel

In the winter season prices are much higher. Nothing special and completely understandable but this is what I don’t like

Wonderful
The hotel bar for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is really great. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and the food is great. The bathrooms were very big and the ski lockers were good. Very close to the slopes as well.
The beds were a bit too soft for my liking. Other than that I have no complaints, had a great stay.
