Modern nice rooms, little sitting area inside, nice breakfast area and excellent breakfast.
The green cover pillow had dirty stains on it and a some dust on the bathroom radiator. Minor isseus.

Lovely place! The view is astounding, the room is clean and the breakfast is very tasty and fresh! Parking is accessible at the back of the building, check in is extremely smooth and the building location is in a quiet location but writhing walking distance of the center, perfect to relax.
Everything was perfect, nothing bad about it.

It's a digital checking and add arrival the price didn't match with what i agreed on booking.com. There isn't anyone to contact when you call the number no one wil answer your call. So thats not ok!

If you want a silent stay with great view, this is the place! The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom quite modern and the breakfast was really good!

When paying at the entrance of the House, I was charged an extra 30€ without any notice! To this day, I still haven't got a refund for that money or even a response/explanation from the house owners.
Booking.com is also not helping at all to solve this problem. Very disappointed....

The property is located in walking range of the main sky slopes, in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible by car. Although the check-in process was completely automatized, the personnel was still always present at the accommodation and available for questions. The breakfast was great, as well as the view from the room where breakfast was served. The rooms were very clean, the heating system worked properly without any issues. We travelled with another couple and we really appreciated that the rooms were big enough, so that 4 people can sit together at a table and have a chat after dinner.
The facility needs some maintenance work. All doors opened with a pin code. We stayed in room 6 and we have difficulties opening the door of our room. We needed to enter the pin code up to 10-15 times in order to open it. I think the electronic lock of the door has some issues that should be looked at. Also the door of our shower was broken.

Breakfast was nice.
Room was comfortable. But we missed ventilation in the bathroom.
Free coffee to drink in the room.
They charged us 90€ to much with the check-in desk. It is a self service check-in, so if we didn't pay we could not enter the building. We phoned the owners but no aswer. We mailed the owners but also no answer. We had to contact Booking.com to help us. But still after 5 days no solution. They have promised us to pay the 90€ on our bank account but we are still waiting (5 days later!!!).
There was NO wifi during the 4 days of our stay.
The staff only speeks German.
