Flora & Fauna’s team helped us from the moment we booked our hotel room to organize skiing courses for my daughter on a short notice. Breakfast was delicious, our room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the Alpacas. We extended our stay and enjoyed visiting and feeding the Alpacas.
Thank you again for the whole team, we will return this summer.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature! Wonderfully decorated and spacious rooms, breakfast and dining area very relaxing and cozy!
The owners and the staff are absolutely fantastic! Welcoming, warm and accommodating!
Everything was perfect, I just spotted some dirt in some bathroom corners. But not major enough to change my mind about the hotel.

Sandy is really amazing. She started off with a very warm welcome. Very friendly. She was very helpful during our stay. She went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcomed and comfortable.

The hotel is located in a beautiful little quiet village a few km's from Winterberg itself. When we there it had just snowed so we could go walking through the pristine snow.
Our room was clean, very cozy and spacious with great views. The owner was most helpful and really thought about our needs.

The studio apartment was very comfortable and well appointed, much bigger than expected, with separate and well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, ample space and a very comfortable living area. The breakfast buffet was always excellent and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly
Nothing, it was all great. Minor comment: it would be nice to have an extra blanket for the sofa, but I'm sure it would have been provided if we had asked!

I can definitely recommend this place. Breakfast was super tasty with a choice of different breads, cheeses, meat and what was super important for us also veggies :) There was also sweat options for breakfast. Room was spacious, very clean with comfortable bed. We loved the view from our balcony. Surroundings was amazing. A lot of walking paths everywhere. This place is also super dog friendly!
We had a small problem with our shower. It was plugged but we was able to solve it :)

Was a nice stop to ski in Winterberg.
Everything was there and it was confortable.
Minus for the noises in the rooms. You can hear your neighbours..
