This is a very unique and historical building. The rooms are beautiful, and even when a problem arose, the staff was very quick to fix it. It was my husband and I's honeymoon, and we upgraded our room, and the hotel went above and beyond to do special touches. That was so sweet!
Also location is right near the water, it's beautiful!

I would not reccomend the restaurant upstairs. We had a communication error about something ordered, and my husband and I were charged for it with other fees that made no sense. We were not impressed. This is only the restaurant though and not the hotel.

A very well furnished and maintained hotel in a prominent square off the corniche in Alexandria. The rooftop Sky View restaurant has magnificent views and serves good food. Warm welcome at registration sets the tone for a lovely stay.

I really.liked the location,the view, the style of the rooms and outlets, the food and the staff
The housekeeping found my watch after checking out and they called me to pick it up they are very honest and nice will definitely return!
It could still be noisy although the windows were double glass, some noises from upper floor were extreme to even wake u up at night, bathroom door couldn't be locked/ closed properly l, TV didn't work but we did t mind we didn't need it,

Disappointing
The design
The service. I arrived late at night with my driver.
I was feeling very bad and they really took their time for the check-in ,then the driver took me to the room and we were discussing about if we call the doctor or if he takes me to the hospital and one of the crew member was so annoying telling him that he shouldnt stay with me in the room, that we should go downstairs at the restaurant if I needed him to stay with me even though I had a huge panic attack and I felt like I was dying, like breathless and the guy didnt care. He was really putting pressure on us. The driver was so compassionate and professional he stayed because I asked him to. I didnt want to be left alone in this situation. So it was a traumatic experience even though the hotel itself is really charming and well located.

The location is amazing, down town Alex facing the Mediterranean Sea, super fast check in as we arrived very late at night and we were at our rooms within minutes, so that was a big plus. The staff are super nice with everyone smiling and welcoming us. The rooms were clean and neat, towels were always fresh. I recommend the paradise suit, it is spacious and the sea view is priceless. Very fast room service. A very special thanks from myself and my family members to Mr. Ahmed Abdulfatah and his lovely and professional staff for making our stay unforgettable. special thanks to Miss Basant at the front desk for being super nice with my mother.
