Location is right there at terminal 4
It is a bit expensive but I understand the location and being the only ones there makes this very expensive, they should at least give you a complimentary bottle of water for the rate they charge

First off, train noise is not a problem, just a periodic low rumble. The room is quite comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly.
But be aware, once you leave the room, you’re in a rather grubby airport terminal and you’re pretty much limited to spending your time there unless you want to get a cab and go offsite. I think the value is not great if you’re leaving from T-1, 2, or 3 because it’s a long bus ride (the buses are very convenient). Unless you’re leaving from T-4, you’re paying a massive premium essentially for a convenient bus ride. If I were doing it again, I’d stay in one of the local Barajas hotels for a third the price and just take a cab to the terminal. Grossly overpriced for not that much convenience.

I liked that it was very convenient to check into a hotel already in Terminal 4 for an international flight the next morning. Saved travel time to airport
The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on and gave me bad back pain the next day. It was so hard, like sleeping on a concrete floor. - no cushioning.
