Location was ideal. Not far from the tourist information, bus stop and supermarkets. My flight was over 5 hours late arriving and was due in after the reception was closed. I was left clear instructions on how to collect my key and enter the hotel. The room was comfortable, Breakfast was a self service buffet with a wide variety of choice. The tv in the room had wifi connection with a couple of english channels, access to YouTube and a couple of subscription channels if you have an account with them. There was on street outside the hotel and parking nearby.
There is a pub nearby and it was quite noisy on Saturday night with a 0345 closure.

Good location, with easy walk around city center and restaurants. Strong wifi. Nice standard breakfast buffet.
Room was not the most comfortable, it was very hot, and the pillows were terrible, causing us to have poor sleep. There is no parking at the hotel, therefore you need to park in either 30min, 2hr or 8 hr parking, which unfortunatley requires you to check/move your car frequently.

Really great location with an amazing view of the harbour, city and ocean. A really helpful and friendly staff. Easy to gain access when the reception is closed after 10 pm. Close to the bus station, where there are free city busses to get you around. Had a kettle to make coffee/tea in the room, and since the next door neighbour is a supermarket, you can get your snacks there. Loved the view but was also blessed with sunshine most of the time
The shower didn't have a shower curtain which I found strange since it meant that most of the bathroom was wet afterwards.

Everything was perfect and the staff was very helpful and she tried to help me all the time when u need something and I was asking for halal food and she had no idea where she was searching and found some restaurants and she helped me Recommended
