The sea view from our room
Close to a busy roundabout and distance from restaurants. The hotel restaurant was closed the nights we were which was disappointing as we were not advised of this.
The room was tired and there was little room around the bed which meant you had to walk sideways to get around the bed.

Beach access did not include amenities as advertise. It is seasonal and there were no chairs, towels, restaurant etc.

Disappointing
A sea view was very pleasant. And people at the reception desk tried to do their best to be helpful.
Don't choose this hotel if you want to spend time at the beach, lying at a transat (or big bed, described in the offer) and taking a sea bath - the weather was beautiful, but the hotel decided to cut off the possibility of renting a transat. Moreover, the public beach was small (and not very appealing, by the way) and the descent to the sea was rocky, so special shoes would be necessary. However, you couldn't buy them (neither nothing else) because there was no shop selling anything in the hotel or nearby. The closest shops were in the center, 20 minutes walking. The temptatively descibed pool ("turquoise water") was the smallest we had ever seen - 3x2,5 m or so. The hotel's surroundings were ugly appartments for rent and a frequented road. It was definitely an "after the season" atmosfere, although it was September and the price of our room (16 sq m) was more than 300 a day, without breakfast!

Best location. Well maintained property. The restaurant staff were fantastic! English speaking staff is very much appreciated. Food options are good quality. The suite was tucked away in the corner of the building so the Ouse levels were at a minimum.
The staff did not inform us or offer on-site parking. Nor did they offer to reimburse us for the parking fee we had to pay next door. The application to book services in advance like the dedicated beach beds etc., wasnt working before our arrival. We needed up having to book and pay a full day for a two hour stay at the beach beds on our last day before check out.

The best customer experience we have ever had in France. Everything was perfect from the welcoming reception, confortable room,delicious breakfast, great spa with incredible massage, heated pool and beautiful beach to the moment of check out.
