Excellent restaurant with a very good wine list for dinner. The hotel presented a lovely breakfast with eggs cooked to order.

We had a good meal and the bed was Very comfortable
The pool and facilities were not available to guests who had not pre-booked an hour slot this was not mentioned at the time of booking and having a swim after a long drive was one of the Reasons we booked the hotel

Room was nice, new and the bathroom was great.
I purposely come to this more expensive place cause i wanted sit in a spa pool, even tho there was only 2 rooms booked for the night the staff said the spa pool was booked out. I suspected that it was the staff booked it for themselves.
Check in stated 4pm. I was waiting outside a locked door, and both numbers on door went to answerphone. It was only 10 minutes later when i spotted a staff member having a cigarette that i could check in.
I got the dinner option. I had to heat it up in the microwave downstairs. Quite disappointed. Wont be coming back.
