Staff spoke good English and were very friendly. As always the evening buffet and breakfast buffet were exceptional and great value for money.
The rooms at the rear of the hotel are susceptible from noise caused by loud cars and motorcycles that appear to be racing up and down the adjacent road.

The girl in the reception desk at check-in was amazing. She was warm, welcoming and extremely friendly and considerate with me and my dog after a long trip and made the experience first class

The room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly
We had hardly any sleep due to a large number of guests shouting and singing outside on a balcony for most of the night. Added to that the nearby main road sounded like a racetrack into the early hours. This is the worst hotel stay we have ever experienced.

The location is really close to the tram stop, which is a very good way to travel to the center. The most convenient part is the parking, so that we don't have to drive to the center and look for parking in town.

Top marks for the three staff members that we met - the warm welcome from the lady on reception, and the two restaurant personnel who went out of their way to welcome arrivals and checked that all the food items were plentiful

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was varied and fresh. The bed was large and the shower was hot. It was quiet and warm, and the new TV was easy to cast to. Everything that we needed for a flying visit.
The location wasn't the best area, and the concrete walkway to the rooms was dated and covered in mismatched repairs.

The hotel location was perfect for travellers driving north and south, just off the city ring road. The rooms are plain but warm and comfortable. The restaurant was exceptionable, especially for a budget hotel. The food was very good and plentiful and the staff were delightful. We could not ask for more and our pet dogs were happy too!

The room had been up-dated. An enormous TV occupied one corner making it difficult to access the bed.
The restaurant was closed. One of the main points of using Campanile is that after a long drive there is no need to go searching for some where to eat.
