Noise from cats and motorbikes using the local roads to seemingly race on at night - too loud, even with windows closed fully... Dead mosquitoes on shelves and in shower!!!! Cleaning not thorough enough.

Price point was favorable.
Mosquitos in the room. No repellent given. Blood on the walls from a previous guest. Weird. Breakfast: terrible. All bread and cake! No hot option apart from lukewarm scrambled eggs.

Staff , location , food and general feel of the hotel.
A coach party turned up at 8pm. And created noise ( a lot) . No care for other guests. Still going on a 02.30 am. . I think the hotel group should think about accepting group bookings like this. I am not aware of staff doing anything about the noise. But then the organiser should take responsibility.

The room was OK, very small, but nice. We booked for 3 nights. We went there only in the evenings to sleep. The window could not be opened, but the weather was not so hot those days, finally it was OK. We did not book breakfast, but it was available in the hall of the hotel. We paid it separately. The breakfast is really good. It is a buffet with multiple choices. The hotel is situated far from downtown, but we choose this hotel in order to be sure we can park the car and to be near a tram station. The public transport is excellent in Bordeaux.

Wonderful
The hotel is modern, rooms a little small but comfortable and well decorated throughout including the dining area. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent for a stay just off the motorway with local dining and activities that were also appreciated.

The water stopped working at 11pm at night and was off in the morning so we were unable to have a shower. The restaurant was closed and the bar area was freezing cold.
