House is big with terrace. Location is just enough hidden to offer decent privacy.
Central heating was not heating enough. We had difficulties to raise the temperature. There are absolutely no wardrobes to put your cloths in.

Good location, residential area but close to tram stop and also easy to walk around. Nice apartment, very spacious, good outdoor space
Minor gripes but would benefit from extra mugs and tumblers as sleeps 5 but only 2 tumblers. Would also be good if a tablet or powder was provided for washing machine.

The openess of the property and the comfortable beds
Only 1 shower attached to one of the bedrooms. There was only a shower head and bath in the other.

Our reception from Catherine was quick and easy. Catherine was very communicative and kept us updated as we travelled to the property. She also briefed us on the best locations around Bordeaux.

Spacious, good location 5 minutes walk from Tram line. Supermarket nearby, nice restaurant nearby
No air conditioning downstairs, as weather was very warm and humid. Portable fan dusty.

Great location and very clean
No dishcloth to wipe down counter/tables; and air con only in one bedroom - this would not normally be a problem except it was unseasonably hot - 38 degrees at day and 29-31 @ night.

Exceptional
In walking distance to the city centre, quiet neighbourhood and well-kept property. In order to get to the house one passes a private courtyard which offers a car park for guests, then another locked gate. We felt very safe! The house is more comfortable than the photos suggest. We went in April when the weather was perfect, but we imagine it can get quite hot in summer.

comfortable and relaxing. really good position so getting places via trams easy. Secure parking and garden an big plus.
Difficult to find, think one way system had changed and the sat nav kept taking us round in circles.
