So close to locations!!!! Bus stop, the beach through a cute tunnel, Saturday market, bakery! Easy to get around! The balcony was lovely

The location looked a little sketchy when we pulled up after a long train ride and bus ride in the rain!!!but really it was just the heavy tree cover the only thing sketchy was my attitude (and maybe the elevator!). The location was AMAZING! Right next to the bus stop, a bakery (although another block down on the left better bakery try the multigrain) A huge grocery market about 4 blocks further on the right (away from the ocean) and an amazing street market on Saturday (by the bus stop) !!! The view was spectacular (as the ocean always is) and the amenities here were clean and nice!
The towel warmer didnt work no matter what we tried! Spiders in the couch, and the elevator was weird! And the rain everyday but that had nothing to do with the property!

The apartment is very nice. Very good position. The beach is super close & shops and restaurants. The host was super flexible with the check in and check out. The pools are nice too and the water slide for kids is great.
The corridor is not the nicest ( in the building not in the apartment) The room is quite small, but for the kids were fine and we were not staying much . inside. The living room/kitchen size is good. The sofa bed is not very comfortable, but it's there type

The apartment met all our requirements. The parking space was good, but tight entry.
The area around the apartment was very basic and not well maintained. The balcony for the apartment was directly beside the maintenance area for the train line and was noisy every morning from 0500. The distance from the apartment to the town centre was around 30 minutes walk.

Apartament is small but cozy. It's perfect for 2. It's fully equipped, including air conditioner and tv with Netflix. It's located very close to the small beach, bus stop and shops. Swimming pools are great.
After sunset the area gets quite unpleasant. A lot of people drink at the square nearby and when you are passing by it's disturbing. The building where the apartament is needs a lot of renovation. During our stay the elevators were broken 3 times and there was no light on the corridor (it was fix after 5 days).

Apartament is very clean, modern and well equipped. Very nice balcony with side sea view. Free parking spot in garage. Very good contact with owner, Anna is very nice and professional person focused on customer. Building where apartament is located is quite big and old-fashioned, however everything including air condition working good. Very good location within short walk to the beach and La Bocca center with restaurants&shops. Strongly recommend this apartament for holidays, for sure we will comeback.

I loved the effort that went into styling the place as this really created a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment was lovely, cosy and very clean. The terrace was also really nice and we sat out and ate on two occasions. The location is great, not far from shops and beach. We also walked into the centre which was a lovely walk right by the sea and took about 40 mins. Parking is also provided which is a bonus.
