Location: On the ground floor there is a semi-legal store/warehouse, where you can all day round buy cheap (fake) alcohol, low-quality food, find a company of local vagrants and alcoholics. Very comfortable and romantic place.
Trucks in the warehouse are unloaded (overloaded) in mode 24/7, always under the windows loud swearing of loaders, rumbling of lifting mechanisms, ringing of glass bottles, etc. Subway line 7 is working terribly, prepare at any ride to stand on one leg in the crowd of passengers for 30-40 minutes.

Location is worse and far then i thought. The Best Way to city center is metro station. But its also not near to hotel. But its clean, the personnel is helpfull especially the guy we met in the morning in the receptipn but unfortunately cant recall his name. The price could be a little cheaper for its distance to city center. You get what u pay actually.

Nice property, rooms were spacious and clean. Check in and out was quick and check in was fine even late.
The breakfast was nice but a little disappointing.

Not a lot. Although there are a couple of fast food places near by but lack of good restaurants. and there is a tram station with in 5 min, but the place is too far away from centre that it takes 1-1.5 hours to reach anywhere
Staff was biased/ racist. Assisted French speaking customers first even when they arrived after us Also one middle aged bald guy gave us the worst room which was not even in our price range. when we asked for a change, he put us in dirty room with broken furniture and ants and spiders all around. I took a tissue with dead bugs to show him but then there was another gentleman there who finally offered us a clean room the next day.

Should be renovated. In a really bad state, insects in the kitchen, toilet fan running all the time (not possible to switch off ).

Room was very spacious. Had kitchenette with the basics to get cooking. We did request a smoke free room however our room took awhile to air out of smoke. could still smell and feel smoke aroma near the air vent in the bathroom.

Quiet area
They provide a code in order to enter to the building after midnight. I arrived later than that and couldnt access the building since the gate access machine didnt allow me to, even using the code they gave me. There was nobody in the front desk and nobody picked up the phone at that time to assist me. It was a complete nightmare getting to your hotel tired of walking paris all day long and having the surprise not to be able to get into the hotel.
