Nice room, very good breakfast and restaurant.
Stuff was really slow. We almost misted our train to Paris, because our luggage was still in the room when the taxi arrived. We asked for luggage 40 min before. Also one of our rooms was not ready at 15:00 as we pay for it. Another 15 min we spend to get the room.
We took the transfer to Etretta and back in the hotel, it was 250 euro one way. So it was 500 euro total. But the driver took another 25 for waiting us 15 min without any conversation, just gave us less change.

Room and view was awsome. Very friendly and professional staff. Amazing breakfast.
It's the second time I've faced an issue with the heated towel rail in Barrire Group hotels. I cant say that Im very disappointed, but it made my stay slightly less comfortable. Everything else was just great!

We loved the position of the hotel, virtually in town. We loved the architecture which was truly beautiful. The foyer was also beautiful as was the restaurant.
We were bitterly disappointed with the room. We paid over 450 per night and over 500 on the Friday night. I would expect something that would reflect that price. Instead we got a very average sized room with a unit/wardrobe that could have come from IKEA. It had sliding doors to give the impression of more place. The bathroom also had a sliding door.
The bathrobes were 'tired' and were certainly in need of an upgrade as were the towels . We would not stay in this hotel again

The bad was so comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. The staff was helpful.
The area was too quiet for us, all the restaurants near by were very expensive.
