Really enjoyed our stay. Evening meal in the hotel restaurant for Monday was very busy , food and service was brilliant. Staff happy, very polite, friendly and more than happy to help. Will definitely stay here again.
Choice of food at buffet breakfast - too many cakes, no croissants. As we had a late breakfast some items were in short supply. Also there was no sausage and no orange juice - we had to ask for more which staff were happy to do.

Liked the dining room & location. Very clean throughout. On the night that I stayed on the road side of the hotel the road was quiet. Breakfast recommended. Old world charm some of the facilities were old but everything worked and was clean.. Family run hotel since 1940's.. Recommended, good communication by staff Large room with shutters & door onto the front balcony Handy location for Metabief! Beds & linen confortable. Room warm on arrival.

Here it is all about the location and the hotels three restaurants (the cheese fondue is to die for)! Staff were friendly.
No air conditioning in the room. The lift only goes to L2; getting our heavy luggage up two flights of stairs to the 3d level took some doing.

Free parking. Common areas are nicely decorated. Outdoor pool. Good breakfast. Great views of the lake from the balcony. Restaurant du Fromage is great!
Should be coffee in the room (there was tea). Need a shower curtain to stop bathroom floor getting wet. Perhaps needs a fan as there is no a/c. Rooms are quite small.

Pleasant
Dinner was excellent although the service was slow. The Lake View was no more than a glimpse.
It is an average 3 star hotel which filled our needs for this part of our trip. Only just satisfactory.
