Comprehensive breakfast. Pleasant surroundings.
Staff manners seem a bit offhand. One member of dining room staff did not listen to our order and joked with other diners whilst supposedly dealing with us.

Good room. Restaurant was a pleasant experience, though service was initially a little slow. Location of the hotel could not be better. This is somewhere that we want to return to for a longer stay.
It proved impossible to use wifi on my computer, only on my phone and my wife's phone. The connection simply wouldn't allow me to sign up. On arrival, I was offered a ground floor room, though I had booked a lake view room on an upper floor. The reason given was that booking.com had only paid 83 euros. It transpired that the hotel staff had mistakenly taken 83 as 83 euros instead of 97 euros. Fortunately there was a lake view room still available.

Location and nice food
The man ar the reception upon arrival was just arrogant, not interested, most likely hates his job himself unbelievable that somebody is allowed to behave like that. All other staff was brilliant ( also in the morning the reception lady was very nice) why does a hotel does not understand the importance of a first contact?
