The place is just in the middle of Ornans, next to the river, very nice.
The temperature outside the hotel was -8C but the heating was off in the hotel. Just a small heat pump not enough. The second day, after several complains from the customers, the general heating was switched on. The breakfast has no so many variety. The price is very high and not in accordance with the quality. Too many things to be improved from the hotel

The lights in the room didn't work. There was no parking available. The wifi was too slow to work with. The staff was not super understanding. The food at the restaurant was average, with average service.

Clean and the town is quiet and relaxing
Overpriced, I paid 140 euros for a small (albeit clean) bedroom with a small bathroom and thats it. There was a very noisy fan in the courtyard where the rooms window faced to. Poor breakfast with canned orange juice. Allegedly there was no space in their private parking although on my arrival there were several empty spots, despite I was told you could not book a parking spot - apparently some guests are allowed to. The lady at the desk in the morning was nice, but the man who was in charge in the evening when I came in wasnt.

Great staff, very willing to help with all requests and questions. Also they are pet friendly, I was traveling with my dog and they were very nice.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location.
Difficult to find parking space close to the hotel. They had parking available at the hotel but for smaller cars.

Stayed here for one night while driving to Italy. Very nice hotel situated in centre or Ornans, which is a very picturesque town dominated by high cliffs. Room very comfortable, on fourth floor with no lift so be prepared to climb some stairs. Excellent restaurant, steak with morille mushrooms was outstanding, also fresh trout available. Very good breakfast in morning, lovely flakey croissants.
There is an internal courtyard for parking but this is very small, so if you want a space make sure that you request one when booking.
