Wonderful
Location: great connection through Bastille metro station or gare de lyon but also in a quiet side alley so it was really quiet and peaceful at night
Staff: the most polite and friendly staff you can ever meet, esp Marie who checked us in and provided us with maps of Paris which was very helpful
The design style of th room and the hotel in general were very nice
room was very clean and there were coffee and tea facilities in the room, also a safe which was very important
If I have to mention anything: the room was too small for 2 people and without a fridge but it was no big deal

Nice welcome. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great shower. Close to Gare de Lyon (5 minutes walk).
Dark decor beyond the lobby. Tiny "superior" room. (One bedside light wouldn't switch off). Tiny bathroom. No cooling in the room. Apparently too early in season to turn on the air conditioning. No fan provided despite request on booking. Very expensive for what it was.

The location is convenient. It is close to la Gare de Lyon and the very nice Coulée Verte.
The lighting of the room is just not well-thought out. The windows are covered by veils, so there is little natural light. Without good ambient lighting, the desk lamp is too dazzling to read by. This was inconvenient for me, as I travelled for business and had many paper documents to deal with.

We were greeted warmly by Marie upon our arrival and each morning thereafter. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better near Gare de Lyon and several Metro lines.
