The hotel is ideally located close to the Champs Elysees but nonetheless in a relatively calm street with plenty of restaurants of different levels. It has been recently renovated and for a true lover of aesthetics like me, it's a pleasure to the eye. Stylishly decorated in a minimalistic way, and in a search for mixture between vintage and new. I was upgraded to "the biggest room in the hotel", and for the money it was very much worth the stay. Spacious bathroom, desk, large closet, small coffee machine, and coffee and water were offered free of charge.
The breakfast is not a buffet but served as you come, which has the advantage of avoiding waste, but the (big) disadvantage of long waiting time. I waiter 20-25min, and had thus only 5 minutes to swallow my eggs before heading out (barely made it on time to my meeting). I was the only one there with the exception of one other guest, so I don#t want to imagine how slow it must be when the room is full ... Would be good to inform the guests at check in that one should plan a bit of time (they knew I had breakfast booked in my room rate as they told me so upon arrival)

Excellent location and staff, Sophie at the front desk and restaurant is super friendly and willing to go beyond and above to help!
If the window is facing the street, can be noisy at night since there's bar around. However, it is ok if stay up later (after the bar close) or close the window when sleeping.

The location is excellent, very accessible to several metro stops that can get you to the big sites of the city. The room is pretty and clean.
The wall to the bathroom is clear glass with a sliding glass door, so there is no privacy if you are sharing the room with someone else. The room is small, since you are in the city, so you cannot keep your suitcase open on the ground.

Very small room - Storage space: one tiny wardrobe with 3 hangers where we were only able to fit 2 coats and 4shirts. Two small drawers - bathroom: the curtains were not long enough so the bathroom floor was flooded after having a shower, shower wall and curtains very dirty, shower control panel was very hard and almost impossible to turn on or off the shower. Toilet lid did not fit the toilet seat size. - mattress was deformed on the right side. - room phone didnt allow us to dial so we have to go downstairs to order breakfast to have it in the room. - restaurant seating was very small and sitting in high stools where the legs were standing was very uncomfortable. Hence we opted for having breakfast in the room. Today Sunday was impossible to have breakfast downstairs. It was full. - breakfast menu: bread very hard (like a rock), coffee didnt taste good - staff: cleaner entered the room after trying to explain to her we didnt want the room to be cleaned that day. She caught us sleeping and even though we try to explain to her, we will not be vacating the room sooner, she stood there and she came back 15min later. No show of respect. There was no sign of Dont disturb to leave outside of the room.

The staff. Both Manny and Felicity were helpful and very professional. They have good recommendations and very attentive to my requests. And the location is perfect.
The lack of basic amenities. Luggage rack was a hustle to arrange when I asked hotel to prepare.
The cleaners dont often refill the cotton pads and amenities for my bathroom after each day clean up.
The windows are not very good at noise cancellation. During early mornings I can hear garbage truck banging and the party goers departing the club in the very early morning next door.
