Really good location for getting to most popular spots in Paris. Friendly, inviting staff and made us feel very welcome.
No do not disturb signs. We were in room and housekeeping did not knock before coming in. So would be good to maybe have them for future.

Great location near to shops and restaurants, museums and sites. Friendly reception staff offering good suggestions on nearby restaurants. Room was fine for 2, space to hang clothes, desk, good sized bed. Good breakfast options and nice that it was served rather than a buffet.
Some noise from the corridor but limited.

The location is perfect: 5 min walking to Opera, 30 min walking to Louvre. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The room was small but cozy.

The hotel is more than exceptional. The location is premium, easily accessible by public transportation, very close to Gare du Nord and Gare Saint Lazare. The cleanliness and comfort of the room is impeccable. But the main point of the hotel is the service, the staff treats every guest with the highest possible standard. By far it was the best hotel experience in Paris (in a total of 10 stays in the city, all in different hotels).
The room is a bit small, could bit a little bigger. But it is nothing unusual for Paris and certainly does not diminish all the other very positive points of the hotel.

It has really quirky decor. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and you could change your order each morning if you wished. The location was great and was walking distance to Palais garnier.

It was clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us. It had almost everything you need. There was a bottle of filtered water in the room, which you can refill for free.
A bit small room. The strangest thing was that the bathroom and the toilet were separate. The door for the bathroom could be mistaken for a wardrobe :)

It's a little charming city hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean and apear newly renovated. The staff are really welcoming and helpful. The owners make sure you know everything there's to see and do. The location is **perfect**. For families - it offers connected rooms, which is quite hard to find in Paris (from our experience). These were the rooms we had - one for parents, one for our two kids :-)
