Disappointing
I like the croissants at breakfast. That's it.
It was quiet repetitive the rest of the food and sometimes everything was left even when it was early. And they did not cook more...

They are having a very controlling attitude even when in my case was breakfast included.
The staff was a bit rude but you know how French are in general...
A guy doing the night shifts was not giving any kind of help about basic things.
A girl with glasses and light eyes wasn't professional at all neither. She was not even listening to me. And even her colleague told her in French I was talking to her. So no manners and not profesionalism at all.
The big rooms are ridiculous small.
And the price even for Paris was insane.
And the housekeeper was unable to understand we don't have any shampoo left as they didn't even refill it in a proper way. And it was like with 10 ml from day one for two people. Maybe she didn't understand as she can't speak English but well, I showed the bottle and told her in her language so well...but I know she wasn't not nice or professional. She wasn't used to speak in English.
The room was too dark. The hotel in general.
I was stuck in the elevator and NOBODY answer the bell. I was out because a customer call the elevator. I can't imagine if it's broken and nobody can use it and you are there stuck without anyone answering.
It's NOT in Montmartre as they said. But it's close by. This hotel is in Pigalle and around it's full of sexual shop which in my opinion it's not beautiful at all.
The worst are the receptionist because they are rude, not helpful at all and they have zero manners.
French are French. And they are well known for what are they well known. But if you are in a customer service roles do the things right.
Oh and you will pay an extra tax per night and person to maintain the transport etc.
Which I know sometimes happens.
But Paris is dirty, full of works especially for the Olympics and oh my...

Lovely boutique style, great staff & nice decor. Fab location!
We couldnt use the roof top first as of weather which was understandable but also because of private events. We werent forewarned which was disappointing as it was a reason for booking.

Lovely boutique hotel with cosy and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is beautiful and the breakfast spread immense.
I didnt get to use the rooftop bar as it was closed for bad weather. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Mondays.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the Metro and sights of Montmartre. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very polite and helpful. A drink at the roof-top bar is a must.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the room decor and bathroom, was bigger than I was expecting. Very comfortable. Friendly staff, gorgeous restaurant and rooftop bar.
Felt a little bit far away from some of the things I was interested in but I ended up using the metro to get around and that was pretty easy and straightforward.

Very chic and stylish. The rooms where really big and very clean. The staff where really friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was especially amazing.
Drinks in the bar can be really expensive.
