Good location. Friendly helpful staff.
Room faced back of other buildings with quite a noisy courtyard. TV channels were limited. Streaming service on TV did not work. Dryer on Japanese toilet did not work (we reported this on day 1 but it was not fixed)

Loved the location close to the Louvre and the Siene river with a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Also super cute to the Saint Honore neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars.

The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Paris, walking distance of the Louvre, Les Halles shopping centre and many other shops, the Pompidou Centre, Port Neuf and the Ile de Cite/Notre Dame. The staff are wonderful, friendly and attentive. The room was super comfortable and had lovely little touches like night balm left on your pillow at turn down and fresh juice in your fridge.

From the moment we saw the street the hotel was located on and how beautiful the hotel looked we knew we had made the right choice. We were instantly welcomed by an amazing team, offering us coffee and made us so welcome in such a friendly, warm manner. The staff were outstanding and atmosphere was that of a family, nothing too much trouble and even organised tickets for events and delivered them to the room. Would come back to this wonderful hotel in an instant and also stay in their other hotels. Please thank the team for a special stay.

Bathroom was gorgeous but functioned Very poorly due to Low water pressure. It was also very upsetting that I was overcharged 120 GB Pounds for laundry service. Sloppy work!
