It was my daughter’s birthday and staff went over and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay . This is my 3rd time returning.
Some time the lift wasn’t working but it was soon fixed .

Beautiful space and very comfortable. The service was great from start to finish. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The rooftop was beautiful, but sometimes we couldn’t get the elevator from our room as it was always full when it stopped on our floor. It didn’t help that one do the elevators wasn’t working during our stay. By the last day, both weren’t working.

One of the best place to stay in Paris and have a amazing view. Professional and friendly staff, specially on the reception. Comfortable, modern and clean room. Nice breakfast on the terrace with city view. We must be back again!

Fantastic location and very nice friendly staff. Self-service laundry available. Housekeeping service daily. Service at rooftop bar could be improved, but this is a small thing. Room was very spacious which is unusual in Paris. Great bathroom with shower and soaking tub plus opaque glass French doors for privacy and fresh air.

The hotel is beautiful! The room was small but enough for the two of us. Very clean, modern and the amazing thing was that from our balcony we could see the Eiffel Tower which was a remarkable surprise for us! The location was ideal to visit all the main sites of Paris, close by it is a Metro station and lots of shops and restaurants and bars. Also, Montmartre is in a walking distance. The staff is simply amazing and very helpful!
