The apartment was larger than one would normally expect in Paris consisting of a good sized bedroom, small well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It was located close to vibrant cafes and shops on Rue Mouffetard. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location. Had everything we could need. The space worked well for our family of 4 in the one bedroom apartment. Lots of wonderful touches. Would absolutely stay again.
The beds could be slightly more comfortable (but very minor point).

Great location in Latin quarter. very close to great restaurants, bistros and cafes. Area very lively but apartment was quiet. Comfortable bed with nice adjoining patio.
The wall safe in room did not work and manager unable to help. He said he would get repair man but never did. Unable to use for entire week. The pillows were uncomfortable and insufficient. Studio and kitchen too small for preparing food.

Location was perfect and so close to the Metro which was easy to get around on. The staff were super friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome. We were a family of 1 x adult and 3 x teenagers travelling together and the room was perfect for our needs. Loved the decor and the layout. Would absolutely come back.
Maybe just instructions on how to use the washing machine as we couldn't speak French...but google helped :)

We stayed for almost 2 weeks. The studio was clean, had a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and self-serve washer/dryer services. The neighborhood was convenient with a grocery store next door, and good eating options right by the Metro which is a short walk. Nice cafes to sit, relax and enjoy the people of Paris. Great customer service and attentive staff. Erwan and Jeremy are very helpful and made our stay extra special. They gave suggestions for restaurants, ordering an Uber, and even help with rescheduling a day trip we missed. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Paris. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!!
Paying for extra towels. The garden patio area was closed. Reaching things in the kitchen was challenging for short people

We loved the front desk staff, they were incredibly helpful! The location was great, our kids could play outside in the blocked off street and it was an easy walk to grab food in the morning. The room was comfortable and the baby cot was already set up and quite big and lovely when we checked in.
The fold out sofa bed was hard to work initially and we needed help from the staff multiple times to get it to open and close. The bees were very annoying in the garden so we sadly didn't end up using it as much as we had hoped. Perhaps this is just the time of year (September).

Comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities.
I felt they should had proper recycling in the apartment. They should also have more travel cots available, as they do not take up a lot of space for storage.

The location is fantastic. So many bars and restaurants in the area. Next to rue mouffetard.
