Convenient, functional, very helpful staff.
A bit soulless as these chain hotels tend to be.
It was Monday so we ate in the restaurant- it was adequate but we would not recommend it.

clean,tidy, showers hot. In small village/town.
Had a good restaurant.This hotel as no parking on its own grounds but there plenty just outside and off road parking for motorcycle.
Thought the breakfast was a little expensive.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is well located in the centre of the town.
Rooms are a little on the smaller side, excellent for one night stay. The breakfast options were limited with no hot food items and average quality of cold meats and cheese.

A kettle to make tea and coffee should be provided. By adding the cost of breakfast and hot drinks would make this very expensive, we breakfasted elsewhere.

The hotel is OK - not is the nicest part of St Geniez, though it is only a short walk to the old town and the river. It does benefit from being on a square that had easily accessible free parking (at least when we were there). The hotel is a bit dated in dcor in the rooms - the public areas are better. Our room was spacious, very plain and with a long bathroom that had dcor that was quite old (ugly blue tiles) but it was clean and functional. We overlooked a fairly busy road but did not have a problem with noise. Breakfast was fine - a buffet with quite a lot of choice.
The rooms are very plain and could use an update - particularly the bathroom. Our room overlooked a fairly busy road - it would be a good idea to try to get a room looking more towards the town/square which would be quieter.

Well maintained and looking good. Everything worked. Food good but evening meal expensive.
Cramped toilet and shower. Opens window at night to cool room but every 30 seconds there was a noise loud enough to prevent sleep. Sounded like someone on the high roof dropping custard creams into a large tin can on the ground.
