Lake view from my room, very spacious and quiet. Plenty of things to do and friendly staff. Clean room. Dressing gown and slippers provided.
Carpets looked tired in reception. I felt sad at the huge waste of water in the enormous bath. There was no way to have a shower. In the old village of Yvoire the water pumps are all turned off to conserve water so it seemed like a crime to let all the water in the bath go to waste. Please replace the bathtub with a shower. The heavy bathrobe could maybe just supplied in winter.

The setting and the staff. They changed room for us to be helpful because of my walking problems.
The location of the hotel car park. There was no information on the website about how to access the hotel by car if you are disabled. So I had to try and walk which was very stressful.

The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of Lac Leman. Staff was very friendly and our facilities were very clean.
The hotel restaurant was not open once during our stay. We struggled to find something to eat every night as the town of Yvoire is really just a tourist trap with disappointing yet overpriced fine dining. Everything in town closes at 10 and we couldnt even have a glass of wine at our hotel during our stay. We were charged 40 for two little cups of yogurt, an espresso and a croissant for breakfast. Our mistake as we thought breakfast was included.

The location and room were excellent... absolute waterfront, with balcony.
There were ants in the bathroom.
The food at the restaurant was disappointing.

Fantastic location, the staff was friendly and very helpful, nice view on the lake. The room was large and comfortable
Minor things. The in-tub shower holding hook was at 1mt high. Maybe for dwarfs... Breakfast could have been better
