Only the location was what I liked due to my visits to the Newmont mines during my 3 day stay
1. Rooms lacks proper maintenance. The Hotel needs some renovation works. In the rooms, some sockets are not functioning, unable to close properly bed room glass windows, door handle looks old, etc.. 2. Breakfast was not so great as they do not have so many meal options especially for expats.. 3. Hotel has a good location but the ambience and overall conditions of the hotel can't not be compared to the standards of other 2 and 3 star hotels.. 4. Front office staff are very slow to check you in and during checkout, staff are not able to get you a system generated invoice for different separate item payments. They can only give you manual receipts... 5. Restaurant staff are slow to attend to you for the orders and the waiting to be served is also very long...

Incompetent staff obsolete rooms which can close only if you clack the door.value for money = nothing. Breakfast is good for those who love African food.
