Wonderful
Bang in front of the lighthouse where all the action is till late in the night . A fun place to be in . The view was just as shown in the pictures overlooking the sea and the lighthouse . Staff is good and helpful.
Access can be a little problem from the main road with children and luggage when one arrives first and to climb up the narrow stairs to the better rooms

Bottle of wine upon arrival was an excellent touch after bus ride from Heraklion. Breakfast was wonderful and did not disappoint. Buffet changed a little every day with excellent choices. Breakfast is served down in their harbor front restaurant. Nice to enjoy al fresco dining and watching the harbor "wake up" while sipping coffee. Beautiful roof top terraces to enjoy the view of the old harbor, in the event your room is not one with a view
Lots of stairs. Not that it would have changed our plans, but it could for others.

Beautiful hotel in a a perfect location. We were greeted upon arrival with a complementary bottle wine with crystal wine glasses. The staff were amazing! They gave us advice about what to do in the area and how to spend our time. They assisted us with setting up a car rental and recommending restaurants. The room was very clean and well supplied with lots of soaps and cream, a safe, mini fridge, hangers and extra seating. Beautiful large bath tub in our room. Nice balcony and lots of available seating in the common areas. We had breakfast included and it was amazing! Youre seated at the hotels restaurant which overlooks the main port and lighthouse in Chania. Food was delicious. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Hotel is in a superb location, overlooking the Venetian harbour. There is a veranda, which we were able to use to have lunch and drinks. Breakfast is in the adjoining restaurant downstairs and has a fantastic spread of food. We were also able to ask for any additional food - extra crispy bacon for my son - and Cristina made us a special Cretan pie. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and we cannot wait to come here again to this beautiful island and idyllic town
My only minor issue was that the hotel was difficult to locate - it is on a pedestrianised street and then down a side street

The location is unbeatable, really. From one side, the street takes you to a small side street full of restaurants. From the other side, the street takes you directly to the main strip and that's only 20-30 steps away.
The room isn't quaint at all. We stayed in room 10, and the room wasn't quaint at all. It's spacious, but only because the ceilings are high. Otherwise, there's nowhere to place your clothes (other than the wardrobe, but not to throw it on a random chair in the room that is), and the bathroom sink is inside the room, rather than the bathroom. The beds are two separate beds, moved together.....this was part of our honeymoon, and it would have been great to be on one bed. The beds were also low to the ground and not too big.

Great spot right in the heart of the harbour. Beautiful views over the harbour from the rooftop. By far the best location to stay in Chania

We initially thought it was a good location
The bar below was open until 5am every night, so it was very loud and we hardly slept. We tried to get the hotel manager to do something to help or move us but nothing was done. Not a good experience at all.

overlooking the old port of Chania, excellent restaurant occasionally washed by the high summer tides, made for an entertaining time also, the food, staff and efficiency of service was tops. It would certainly warrant a return visit.

Good location easy access to taverns and shops at the old port and old town
Room is dark and lightings are so dim. No charging points near bed side, only two power sockets one in the kitchen and one which is for the TV. Bed is not very comfortable and blanket is small. Were not huge people, Im petite and my husband average build. Shower cubicle is also small.
