Location
Rooms were not very clean staff needs better hospitality training. I ordered an egg omelette for breakfast waited 1:15mins still did not get it staff seems to not care. Maybe the salary is meager so they dont care.

The location. Just out of the city, yet accessible. The breakfast is superb
You are left for several hours without towels . They take away your wet towels in the morning and do not replace them for hours

I love the location. It was central to everywhere I needed to be during this trip.
I had a few incidents that I wasnt pleased with. Which sucks, because Ive stayed here before and I didnt have any issues the last time. First we were put in a room that had a leaking ceiling. We told them and they immediately changed the room which was great. The next room was ok, but it was not cleaned properly. Then to discover there was a rodent in the room. I told them and they quickly remedied the situation and upgraded my room. The room was great and extremely comfortable. But we had no working phone. I told them several times and they promised they would fix it, but did not! I left it alone because I was checking out the next day.

Staff was very cold front desk when we checked in and cleaning staff In professional and rude
Ramada is cheap / given only 2 towels for a family of 4 for 3 days
Asked the manager and 3 clean staff that was 2 rooms down from us that was cleaning for 2 fresh towels to use for my KIDS and took 1hr of constant nagging. 1 cleaning staff said ok left her room she was cleaning and disappeared for 30 mins.
Breakfast was terrible for a Carribean country
Frozen style breakfast that u get in the states at a cheap hotel
Pool is open to the public for a high daily fee /closes to the public at 5pm and stays open only for an hr for private paying guests!!!!!

This hotel is ideal for a stop over in Georgetown when travelling on elsewhere. It is a bit outside the centre and so you would need to use a taxi to visit anywhere from here.
The room was very spacious and clean with lovely facilities. It was great to have some tea and coffee making facilities and plenty of bottled water to use.
The food was reasonable and very nice cocktails.
There was a lovely swimming pool though we didnt have time to use it.
Having a cash machine in the lobby was really useful as there arent many around!
Some drinking water dispensers would be great to fill up reusable bottles rather than needing to use plastic bottles.
The entrance lobby is quite dark and gloomy and doesnt give a great first impression.
