A clean room on the easy to access location with private parking. The hotel is situated on the water front near a beach. I was given a key for access of the beach (I didn't use the beach, so I can't rate it).
There is a helipad in the very close proximity. I experienced three helicopter arrivals with one at about 1 a.m. On the bright side, I had much better time than the person who was transported to the hospital. Tourist fee is not included in the room price, so one must pay it on the reception desk. The reception desk has limited working hours, so one needs to plan the visit.

My balcony door was falling apart,it was not secure from intruders,pulling the shutters shut Woukd not make u feel secure,and they are easily forced open,issue was ignored,alternative room for me was mooted, but never acted on,its advertised as a beachfront,its not a beachfront if u take into account the hazardous journey down a Steep Steep descent down concrete steps, not suitable for anyone with mobility problems, defo not for kids,no real facilities on the Beach, apart from the Min spend Exclusive Beach club,cafes restaurants u would have to walk a long long walk, u Woukd be better walking into the centre where the beach has cafes bars etc!No leaflets about local facilities,or day trips etc etc in the room!

The property is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has the best sea view Ive ever seen in my life! Location is excellent and convenient for all you may need and want to do in Split. It is literally 2 minutes from the beach and close to the city center! Host was so kind and helpful with all my requests, including transport to the airport. Thank you so much to the Adriatic Queen team for your hospitality! It felt like a home for a day and I will certainly be back this summer and make some good memories in the sunset! :)))

Loved the separate living and sleeping rooms. Lots of room for clothing storage. The view of the sea was great, sipping coffee on the balcony in the morning was a highlight.
Drainage issues in the shower. Could include some of the basics for cooking. No microwave or oven to cook with, only a stove. Path to the beach requires some pre-season maintenance.

These are apartments overlooking the Adriatic sea approximately 3 km from the main marina. Taxi takes just 5 min and 5-7 euros. There's a smaller marina near the apartment that has good cafes and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very cute and does the job. I stayed there for one night and the bed was more than comfortable to be honest, it does the job. There is a beach near it but it's not the best in Split, does the job however if u are just looking for a quick swim. There is a bus that takes u from the airport to the hotel, u walk around 6 minutes afterwards. I had a small luggage so was not very complicated, but would absolutely not recommand to do it if u have heavy luggage. I recommand
My room was located at the first floor and I could hear everyone passing next to it. So it was quite complicated to sleep without hearing the noise.

The contact was very attentive and gave great directions on how to enter facility.
Very odd entrance, no elevator. We had heavy suitcases and had to go up 1.5 flights of stairs.
The place looked clean and then when one of us went to get in their bed they found a childs ring pop toy under the coversodd and ick.

Really liked that we were left to ourselves to enjoy our stay. We had a lovely view from the balcony overlooking the sea. The staff were very friendly. Brilliant.
There was rubbish left in the bin and the iron didnt work too well.

Convenient location with guest parking. 30 mins walk into Split city centre on the beachfront or 5-6 Uber. Clean room with everything you need. Staff super friendly and informative.
