Location, Location, location.. 50 feet from a very active square with plenty of dining options and so close to the Diocletian palace .
The bed was too soft.. We not a fans of tempurpedic type mattresses .

Everything was amazing, Maya is a great person, was very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed my appartment, very clean and just in the center of the old town ! 100% recommended!!!

The property was very clean and tidy, and it had everything we needed in the smallest details. The host Maya was excellent and assisted us a lot!! The apartment was also VERY close to everything which was amazing! If I ever go back to Split, Im definitely staying here again!

The location was perfect. Its located right next to the old town but on a small side street, so its very quiet. The place was also extremely clean and had the essentials youd expect in a studio. The host is also very helpful; our flight was delayed and she met us at 11pm for the check in.
Its on the ground floor so you cant really have privacy if you keep the curtains open.

The apartment is located in a small, quiet, somewhat secluded street - only a minute away from the Split Riva. Good choice of restaurants in the area. The apartment has all the necessary equipment needed for a short stay. We appreciated the disinfectant supplies provided at the entrance of the apartment. The property manager was very polite and helpful!
Split was overcrowded! The parking was a bit difficult to find.

Big comfortable bed, very clean apartment, looks the same as the pictures. Amazing location right in the center of Split. Very kind host Maya, who helped us with everything during our stay. She gave us beaches towels and the apartment also has many towels, so you don't need to bring your own.
Ideal size for a couple.
On top of that, the apartment is in a beautiful old stone house - but everything inside was nice, new and reconstructed.
We wanted to cook on the stove, but we couldn't, because it took 30 minutes to only boil water. But this was pretty much the only thing that wasn't good.

Great location in a nice quiet corner near to the Riva. Good air con and kitchen facilities.
It does miss an outdoor space.
