It was a beautifully decorated apartment and felt well maintained. The owner's brother met us at the apartment and took time to explain how everything worked. Explained the area and where to find food store and best restaurants. Very helpful!
The only thing - stairs, no elevators. You get used to this in Europe, but it is always challenging to get your luggage up and down all of the stairs.

The apartment was perfect in every way. I don't think they forgot anything! There was laundry detergent for our wash, and coffee pods for us. It was so clean!
The internet was slow but I think it was a new problem for them. It completely stopped working on our final evening, but we were tired anyway. Everything else was above and beyond!!

Apartment Akvarel had everything we needed and a bit more! The owner had thoughtfully provided tea, coffee and some cooking condiments plus bathroom toiletries. The rooms are spacious, modern and above all, spotlessly clean. Approximately 10 minutes' walk to the old city. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift, but this was not a problem for us.
The road in which the apartment is located is not pretty! There´s a lot of graffiti (as there is everywhere in Split) rubbish bins and rather unattractive buildings plus the parking is on the street and can be tricky. However, more importantly the location is great and once you are inside the apartment you can forget the outside!

The apartment was in a great location. Only a short walk to the beach, port and historic old town.
The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with.
It is probably worth noting there are 2 balconies. Perfect for relaxing in the evening with a favorite drink.

The apartment was very modern and clean. Several good restaurants within 2 blocks. Owner very friendly and accommodating. Easy 15 minute walk to Split town center.
Three flights of stairs could be challenging for some travelers.

The host meet us to hand over the keys and showed us around. The apart was superb. Modern, clean, fresh and comfy. The bathrooms were lovely and the heated towel rail was an added bonus. We used the washing machine and clothes line, no issues with that. The location was perfect just a 15mins walk in to town. It was our dream stay. The beds were super comfy

Impeccable apartment with great facilities…. Would recommend staying here ! 10 mins walk to the beach and similar to the old town.

The apartment was beautiful, it had all you needed for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to everything... beaches old town supermarkets.

It was better than the photos! The place was super clean, updated, and had plenty of amenities. The host was very helpful with local information and also left us bottled water, juice, and coffee. There were plenty of towels and bath soap/shampoo/body lotion.
