Communication with host
The building facility is rundown with graffiti. As a woman newly arriving to the city, I wouldn't want to stay there alone. The apartment itself is MUCH nicer than the exterior, yet I felt not as modern and pristine as depicted in the pictures. Heads up - this place only takes CASH payment, no credit card.

Wonderful
A very nice apartment. Comfy. Well maintained. New appliances. Fast internet. FANTASTIC VIEW from the balcony. Quiet neighbors. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Lidl and Kaufland 7-10 mins walking distance. 25 mins on foot from the Old Town. 10 mins to a very nice beach. The owner was very interested in keeping me happy, very good contact, absolutely polite and helpful.
If I were to nitpick, sometimes water in the shower was lukewarm. Also, I came to combine work and sightseeing and there were some construction noises during the day. No biggie for me, as I'm used to wearing my headphones on. Of course it's no fault of the owner -- the building is quite big and there always will be someone doing construction work/re-modelling. Just letting know other guests merging business/work and leisure.

Wonderful beach near apartment and convenient bus to the city center. Free parking spot but you need a little bit of luck to find free space. Helpful owner.

Stunning view from the 15th floor with a beautiful panorama. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
Everything was great, but it would be nice to have blackout curtains for a more comfortable sleep

The view is amazing as the apartment is at the 15th floor.
The bedroom is spacious
There is a washing machine
The shops and vine at the bottom of the building
The outside of the building looks rundown
The apartment was clean but some utensils in the kitchen were poorly cleaned
Not easy to find a car park in the public space in front of the building.
