Spotlessly clean. Very well appointed with plenty of clean towels, linen, bathroom products. Great kitchen with all you need. Very modern, spacious and thoughtfully presented apartment.
Unfortunately located above a bar which meant there was a lot of noise well into the early hours of the morning. This is not the propertys fault. More part of the broader Split experience. Different to the Split we enjoyed 10 years ago. The air conditioning was not working properly and normally this would not be a problem, except, because of the outside noise we could not leave the windows open at night for airflow. Bed mattresses poor quality also.

Location, very nice facilities, including bathroom, friendly and helpful host
It was up several flights of stairs if you have excessive luggage, they do need to be carried up the stairs.

The location was perfect.The apartment was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner helped us find a parking spot, which was really close to the apartment. All the necesities you can think of are available including dishwasher, towels, microwave, flat iron etc. The WiFi was exceptional!

Great hosts and location; the apartment is spotless and very well designed. A cosy place to stay.
A bit of noise is coming from the lower apartment stairs; but that is expected all throughout the old town.

Fabulous host Jelena, great location, nice apartment! We arrived early but were able store our luggage in apartment before actual check-in. When leaving, Jelena arranged us a hotel where we could store our luggage.
Minor qualms about facilities: too few wine glasses, no toaster, the clicking of automatic corridor lights can bother some with keen hearing.

Some one was there to give us the key and let us to leave the suitcase while the cleaner is doing the cleaning
The owner wasnt able to meet us as planned on the first day for the key and payment. And then before we left, we met with the owner but the payment machine in the apartment wasnt working and the owner requested for bank transfer or cash. We chosen bank transfer and it was completed on our end at the same day. However, there were many complication on the owners side for receiving the payment. We had a few attempt again during the few weeks after the stay. Unfortunately with the changing of the transfer rate, we end up paying 50-60 pound more compare to the price when we booked

The apartment is very comfortable and treated in every detail. It is located right in the center so you can easily live the city
The strength of the house becomes a weakness in the night: being in the center it is particularly noisy at night; this did not allow us to sleep well
